EHUD EREZCHAIRMAN, DIRECTOR SINCE 2020

Mr. Erez previously served as the Chairman of Elad Group which specializes in Real Estate, prior to that he served as the CEO of Elad Group and prior to that as the CEO of Elad Canada. Currently, Mr. Erez serves as a board member in several Israeli firms, including Southern Properties Capital, Mishorim Investments and Luzon Group.

Board Committees: Financial Statements Approval Committee, Remuneration committee.

Education: BA in Economics and Accounting, the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Licenced CPA.

YITZHAK (ISAAC) TSHUVACONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER, DIRECTOR SINCE 2014

Mr. Tshuva is an Israeli entrepreneur and businessman with global business operations. He is responsible for the discovery, beginning in 2000, of major natural gas reserves offshore Israel that enabled the country to become energy independent and to emerge as an international energy player.

In 1998, Mr. Tshuva acquired control of Delek Group, leading the company in a substantial expansion of its operations and transforming the company into a diversified global corporation with interests in upstream and downstream energy, insurance and financial services and automotive, among others. In pursuit of Mr. Tshuva’s vision, and in partnership with Noble Energy, since 2000 Delek Group has discovered substantial offshore natural gas reserves in Israel and Cyprus, including the Leviathan field, the world’s largest gas reserve discovered in deep water in the last decade.

Other: As an outgrowth of his personal vision and beliefs, Mr. Tshuva promotes economic ventures and partnerships between Israel and its neighbors to enable the advancement of the peace process and to pave the way for important shared achievements between Israel and its regional neighbors.

HEELEE KRIESLER (CPA)INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR SINCE 2024

Mrs. Kriesler is currently the CFO and Chief Customer Officer at BLEND Localization. She is an Ex PwC-partner and previously served as Chief Transformation Office, VP of FP&A and VP of Global customer success at Checkmarx (a cyber security company) and VP of Customer Success and Support at Bright Security. Mrs. Kriesler also serves as a board member HighCon.

Education:  BA in Economics and Accounting and MA in Sociology, Tel Aviv University.

SHIMON DORONINDEPENDENT AND EXTERNAL DIRECTOR SINCE 2018

Mr. Shimon Doron previously served as VP of Planning and Logistics at Bar-Ilan University and is the owner of a strategic consulting firm. He currently serves as joint CEO of the Island Hotel in Netanya, and as member of administration of the Sephardi Federation in Jerusalem.

Education:MA in Political Science and International Relations, Open University.

RUTH DAHAN PORTNOYINDEPENDENT AND EXTERNAL DIRECTOR SINCE 2020

Mrs. Dahan-Portnoy previously served as VP at the rating company S&P Maalot and was responsible for the rating of financial institutions (banks, insurance companies and investment houses). Currently, she is the founder and CEO of a advisory firm specializing in organization of financing solutions for corporates.

Mrs. Dahan-Portnoy also serves as a board member in several Israeli firms including Assuta Medical Centers, Mishorim Real Estate Inv. Ltd , and The Israeli Rail Services.

Board Committees:  Head of the Committee for Reviewing the Financial Statements, the Audit Committee, and the Remuneration Committee.

Education:  BA in Economics and MBA, the Hebrew University in Jerusalem
