DELEK ISRAEL

Delek Group owns 100% of Delek, The Israel Fuel Corp., Israel’s second largest fuel distributor, which sells fuel products at public gas stations (including gas stations operated by third parties) and operates convenience stores under the “Menta” brand. Delek Israel also sells fuel products to institutional customers, produces and markets refined oils, and stores and supplies fuel through four storage and distribution stations.
