Employing over 2,300 people, Roadchef also operates in-house restaurant offers, hotels under a Days Inn franchise agreement, fuel filling stations with Shell, BP, Texaco and Esso and retail stores with WH Smith branding all under its own management structure.   Roadchef owns some of the best service areas in the UK including Watford Gap, the first and most Iconic site, which was opened over 50 years ago.
